These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RotaNest app and website. By creating an account or using RotaNest, you agree to these Terms.

Using RotaNest

You must be at least 13 years old to use RotaNest. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for the information you add. Please use the service lawfully and respectfully, and only connect with people who agree to share their information with you.

Your content

You retain ownership of the rota, calendar and other information you add. You grant us the permission needed to store and display that information so we can provide the service to you and the people you connect with.

RotaNest Plus subscriptions

RotaNest Plus is an auto-renewing subscription offered through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Availability of the service

We work to keep RotaNest reliable, but the service is provided “as is”. RotaNest is a planning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole record of your working hours or as professional advice. Always confirm important details with your employer or rota where required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, access data you are not authorised to see, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

Termination

You may stop using RotaNest and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RotaNest is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RotaNest after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
