When you email, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Setting up your rota: add your shift types and pattern in the Rota tab; your calendar fills in automatically.
Connecting family: share an invite link from the Family tab so a partner or family member can join and share availability.
Annual leave & swaps: open any day and use “Mark as” to record annual leave, overtime, training, a shift swap or sickness.
RotaNest Plus: unlocks the AI assistant for planning days off and holidays together. Manage your subscription from Settings → RotaNest Plus.
Managing a subscription: subscriptions are handled by the App Store — you can view or cancel from your Apple ID settings.
Deleting your account: Settings → account, or email us and we’ll remove your data.
